Residents in several Lower Bucks municipalities should double check if they have any outstanding warrants with the Magisterial District Court of Penndel. A Warrant Sweep is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 28.

“There are approximately 11,000 outstanding Criminal, Traffic, and Non-Traffic Warrants from this court,” a press release stated.

The Pennsylvania State Police will be assisting five local police departments. These include Middletown and Lower Southampton Townships, as well as Hulmeville, Langhorne Manor, and Penndel Boroughs.

Anyone who thinks they might be on the list is encouraged to visit court and sort out their business. If a person reaches out to District Court 07-1-07 before the sweep begins, they can avoid additional penalties.
