Toney Martin Thomas is accused of trying to use a stolen credit card to purchase thousands of dollars in gift cards, according to the Lower Makefield Township Police.

Initial reports say Thomas allegedly made his move on October 21 at about 2:30 p.m. at the ShopRite of Yardley. Camera footage shows the suspect moving to a shopper’s cart, taking the credit card, and then quickly leaving the store.

The same footage shows the suspect is a white male wearing an Under Armour black hat and sweatshirt.

The card was then used at the Target in Langhorne where the user attempted to purchase more than $2,000 USC in gift cards. The card was declined, though it is unknown if the card was ever recovered.

Anyone with information on Thomas or his whereabouts should immediately contact Detective Rich Meehl at 267-274-1163.
