The Lower Southampton Township Police are advising people to watch out for a fake real estate mogul and phony Eagles’s tickets seller.
Officials say licensed attorney Frank Tobolsky, 57, tricked a victim into forking over $7,500 for a property in Marlton, New Jersey.
However, the Feasterville investor contacted police when Tobolsky deposited the check without ever holding up his end of the deal. Police easily identified Tobolsky’s deposits because he used his own ID to cash the payment.
“It appears that he does not care about his concealing his identity or wrongdoing,” the LSPD posted on Crimewatch.
Authorities arrested the alleged serial scammer in March for selling a fake Philadelphia Eagles ticket license priced at $9,400 and gambling with the money in Atlantic City.
He is charged with multiple crimes including theft by deception, deceptive business practices, and tampering with records.
Tobolsky’s whereabouts are currently unknown, and nothing is currently known about the status of his law license. Anyone who has any information about Tobolsky should immediately contact the Lower Southampton Police at 215-357-1234
