PennDOT will be conducting multiple operations on Route 13 and I-295/I-95 this week to repair existing infrastructure and resurface roadways. Motorists should factor in minor delays to their commutes.
Daytime guide rail repairs will close lanes in several areas beginning Monday, Aug. 5 and ending Friday. The work will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Northbound on Bristol Pike between Mill Creek Road and Tyburn Road in Falls Township
- Eastbound on I-295 from Exit 3 (Penndel/Levittown) through Exit 5 (U.S. 1) in Middletown Township.
- Both directions on I-95 between the Bristol interchange and Woodhaven Road.
- Exit ramp from northbound I-95 to Woodhaven Road in Bensalem Township
Additionally, there will be concrete patching on I-95/295 between the Bristol and Academy Road interchanges Monday through Sunday. Overnight, PennDOT will conduct double lane closures, though there should only be single lane closures during the day.
