The Newtown Township Police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for the robbery of a retail store Monday morning, along with several other attempted crimes.
Shortly past 9 a.m., officers responded to a call from a residence in Wrightstown Township on Thrush Lane. The caller reported a man trying to get into multiple cars and even a garage.
The responding cops found Brian Jordan Mulligan, 35, at the intersection of Pheasant Lane and Lark Lane. Police also identified Mulligan as a suspect in the 7-Eleven robbery.
Mulligan has been charged with retail theft and criminal trespass. He is being held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
