The Feasterville Business Association has a new president, as well as other newly elected officials. The new president is former vice president Rick Tyrrell, owner of Cheese Dawgs Restaurant on Bustleton Pike. Tyrell will be replacing Karen Madotto, who will take a position as a director on the FBA executive board.
Other officials include vice president-elect Charles Roman, the funeral director/supervisor for Kirk & Nice, and business and tax consultant in Langhorne Dennis Markowitz as treasurer.
The purpose of the Feasterville Business Association is to “encourage growth and progress for the betterment of the community.”
The FBA conducts yearly events for the community, including Easter egg hunts and pancake breakfasts, but mainly offers networking and marketing opportunities within the community. In July, the FBA awarded college scholarships to students in the community based on their academic performance, extracurricular activities, and community service.
