A Neshaminy School District nighttime custodian has pleaded guilty to Unlawful Contact with a Minor and Attempted Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse.

Holland resident Kevin Eugene Sager, 47, was arrested in Dec. 2018. He thought he was meeting with a 14-year-old teenage, but it was really a special agent. The special agent, with the attorney general’s Child Predator unit, also received a nude photo from Sager.

Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced the plea agreement Tuesday. Sager’s sentencing was deferred 90 days.

“The defendant was a public employee and also worked as a custodian at a local school,” said Shapiro in a statement. “Meanwhile, he was preying on someone he believed to be a child online. Thanks to the hard work of our Child Predator Section, he admitted to his crimes in court today, and he is no longer in a position where he can exploit children.”

Sager had also worked for Bucks County for 20 years. He resigned from his positions with the planning commission at the time of his arrest.
