In Bensalem, workers will reduce Rockhill Drive Lane to a single lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, May 6, through Friday. The section of roadway between Old Lincoln Highway and Neshaminy Boulevard is partially adjacent to the Neshaminy Mall.

PennDOT crews will be conducting soil boring operations in preparation for a major undertaking of overhauling U.S. 1, set to begin in 2021. This area is just slightly north of the Street Road/US 1 interchange, where overnight lane closures will continue this week as well.

Route 1 (Lincoln Highway)

Motorists using Route 1 this Monday through Wednesday can expect right lane closures in both directions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as crews work on guide rail repairs. The length of road begins at the Route 13 interchange and ends at the Pennsylvania Ave in Fairless Hills.

I-95/I-295

Crews will also be repairing guide rails on I-95 this Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists can expect left lane closures in both directions between the Philadelphia County line and the Bristol Interchange in Bensalem and Bristol townships.

Additionally, PennDOT crews will be installing pavement makers on the stretch of I-95/I-295 between the Academy Road and Route 413 (Bristol) interchanges. Motorists should expect moving lane closures in both directions on this roughly 7.5 mile stretch Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
