A Bucks County lawyer is looking to serve his community on the judicial level. Allen Toadvine is a Bishop Egan grad and Levittown native running for Judge of Court of Common Pleas.
Toadvine is a practicing attorney with Marte & Toadvine. He specializes in family law, transactional law, litigation, and municipal work. Toadvine wants to take his experience and expertise to the court to give back to the community.
During his years of practice, Toadvine has served on the Livengrin Board of Directors, Middletown community foundation, Historic Fallsington board of trustees. While he enjoys this work, Toadvine says he wants to take his service to another level.
“For me, the ultimate level of service is to be a judge,” Toadvine said.
Toadvine says his father pushed him to pursue an education. When he graduated college, he moved back to Levittown and immediately getting involved.
“I felt obligated and compelled to give back to my community because of my education. I went to Saint Mikes and Bishop Egan High School and it always felt like a community to me.”
Toadvine is in a ten person race for Court of Common Pleas. He will be on the ballot in the May 21st primary.
