Bucks County Community College will be hosting 85 employers at its General Job Fair on April 4th and the public is invited. From 11:30 to 1:30 p.m., anyone can visit the Linksz Pavilion at BCCC’s Newtown Campus.

PNC Bank, the Philly Police, and NJM Insurance are just a few of the options available to job seekers. Peddler’s Village, Customs and Border Patrol, and Ciocca Dealerships will also have tables.

BCCC has been connecting students to employers for more than 50 years. UPS Human Resource Supervisor Sharon Thompson told BCCC what she’s seen at their job fairs is impressive.

“I’ve noticed a lot of the students have come prepared,” Thompson said. “By dressing professionally, like with a suit, having a resume prepared and being able to give me an elevated pitch on why they want to work at UPS.”

Attendees should wear business attire and bring plenty of resumes. Contact the Center for Student Employment and Career Development office at 215-968-8195 or visit their website here for more information.
