The Falls Township Police have confirmed an industrial accident has resulted in the death of a worker at the Keystone Industrial Port Complex.

Emergency personnel, including the Levittown-Fairless Rescue Squad, responded to Mount Industries on Pipe Mill Road in Morrisville around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon. Reports indicated a 48-year-old man had fallen off a piece of machinery.

Attempts to save his life by medics were fruitless as the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not revealed the man’s identity.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is investigating the incident with local police and the Fire Marshal’s Office.

Also known as Mount Materials, LLC, the company has its headquarters in Berlin, NJ. Its local 30-acre recycling facility in the Keystone Industrial Port Complex where the incident occurred deals largely with concrete, asphalt, and similar materials.
