PennDOT will be conducting various operations on I-95 and I-295 this week spanning through several Bucks County municipalities.
Motorists should expect overnight lane closures between the Academy Road and Route 332 interchanges Monday night through Saturday morning. Work begins at 7 p.m. on April 15, pending weather.
The project will focus on installing new guide rails, and doing basic repairs on roadways, signs, and bridges. Motorists should expect delays on the I-95/I-295 corridor in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown, and Lower Makefield during these hours.
This work is expected to cost $29,908,887 with the federal government covering 80 percent of the funds and PA covering the rest. PennDOT has hired the James J. Anderson Construction Company, Inc. of Philadelphia to complete this project.
