Calm Waters Coffee is a Mill Street staple in Historic Bristol Borough.

Opened by Andrew and Jodi Dittman, longtime Bristol residents and coffee lovers, they wanted to open up a spot that not only reflected, but shared their love of coffee with customers.

Andrew has been in the coffee industry for over a decade, and saw an opportunity to open up a unique spot dedicated to good drinks and a cozy environment.

“We are passionate about people,” said Dittman. “Calm Waters is about quality, ethics, and a story.”

Calm Waters gets coffee beans from countries all over the world. They specialize in in-house roasting, drip coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, chocolate cold brew, and other specialty drinks for everyone to enjoy. Calm Waters also makes yummy bites and snacks to go along with your drink, including gooey grilled cheese, croissants, and toasts.

Aside from roasting and brewing great coffee, Calm Waters also works within several communities, including Lower Bucks, and in the countries where they source their beans, to give back.

Calm Waters collaborates with the Synergy Project, a street outreach program dedicated to helping vulnerable and homeless youth get back on their feet. Calm Waters is also apart of the Bristol Borough Business Association.
