Clothing Drive To Benefit Relay For Life Of Fairless Hills

In the midst of spring cleaning, you may find yourself searching for a place to rid of your old belongings. Look no further than Relay For Life of Fairless Hills!

Saturday, May 19, between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. you can drop off clothing and more to Christ United Methodist Church’s parking lot located at 501 Wistar Rd, Fairless Hills, 19030.

Every pound donated equals $1, and will go towards the Fairless Hills chapter.

Items able to collect: clothing, shoes, pocketbooks, belts, hats, scarves, gloves, ties, backpacks, briefcases, handbags, blankets, table clothes, bed sheets, drapery, curtains, pillows, towels, quilts, comforters, baby accessories, stuffed animals, and bicycles

Items unable to collect: hard toys, baby gear, books, pots/pans, VCR tapes, CDs, box TV/monitors, oversized play sets or outdoor play sets, workout/exercise equipment, appliances, furniture, lamps, house decor, board games, electronics, glassware, rugs

The Consumer Product Safety Commission does not allow resale of the following: car seats, cribs, hair dryers, mattresses, pack and plays, baby walkers, baby bath seats, any toys with lead

If you would like to volunteer the Relay For Life chapter is requesting help to load the truck between 1 and 2 p.m.
