Bucks DA: Drug Strike Force Nabs Heroin Dealers & 5,000 Bags

Two alleged drug dealers and more than 5,000 bags of heroin are off the street, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

Officers arrested Philadelphia residents Winston Frias-Moya, 31, and Adalberto Villalona, 43, this past week. They remain in custody on several charges related to drug distribution.

Authorities conducted a sting operation involving the Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force, the Bensalem Township Police, along with federal and state agencies.

Undercover officers bought suspected heroin from the two men on two separate occasions along Street Road in Bensalem. In one instance, they purchased 25 bricks. The next, they obtained 76 bricks.

In total, officers seized 5,050 bags of the suspected drugs from Frias-Moya and Villalona. The street value is an estimated $13,000.

Frias-Moya will remain in Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000,000 bail at 10%. Villalona’s bail is $750,000 at 10%.
