Adoptable Pet of the Week: Ollie

Ollie investigates WBCB's studio Wednesday morning.

WBCB’s Adoptable Pet of the Week is Ollie!

The nine-year-old cat has been with Bingo’s Foundation in Bristol for a couple years, as many people pass up older animals in favor of kittens and puppies. But Dave from Bingo’s Foundation says Ollie has a lot to offer.

“He’s been waiting a while to find a home, but he is such a nice cat. He gets along really well with people, and even with other cats,” Dave said. “This guy also gets along with the other cats at the shelter, so I know he’d do well in a multi-cat home.”

Ollie considers voicing his mind on WBCB during The Adoptable Pet Show, Wednesday mornings at 8:15 on WBCB 1490 AM.

Ollie is a short-haired domestic cat. He is also neutered and completely house trained. However, Ollie is also mysterious.

“We don’t know his backstory,” Dave said. “He came in with another cat. They were not related, but ironically they were similar in color. Unfortunately, that cat has passed away. But they were very close.”

Bingo’s Foundation is a no-kill shelter located in Bristol Township serving kittens and older cats alike. All of their animals are up-to-date on their vaccinations.
